Sloane is Chief Investment Officer for Ethical Capital Investment Collaborative. She spends most of her time translating insights from her clients, colleagues, and research into their investment strategies.  This means much more than just picking stocks that go up and avoiding ones that go down. Ethical Capital Investment Collaborative's process is oriented towards cumulative learning, which means spending as time understanding companies, the communities they serve, and the consequences of their activities.
