Responsible Alpha Appoints Karin Rienchenberg to Board of Directors

Responsible Alpha is honored to announce that Karin Riechenberg has joined our Board of Directors.

Karin is a highly experienced professional, currently serving as the Director of Stewardship at Sands Capital Management, where she leads stewardship and ESG integration efforts throughout the firm. Her role involves identifying and assessing material ESG risks and opportunities, and actively engaging with portfolio companies and external stakeholders.

With a rich background in ESG, corporate governance, and macro strategy, Karin's career journey reflects a deep commitment to responsible investment. Her expertise spans from corporate governance at Deloitte CIS in Moscow to credit risk research in Central Asia.

Karin's educational background includes an MA in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), with a specialization in Energy, Resources, and the Environment. She also holds a BA in International Relations and Russian from the University of Exeter.
