Sammy Finkelstein

Sammy is a rising junior at Northwestern University majoring in Learning and Organizational Change. At Responsible Alpha, Sammy brings a passion for sustainable systems and organizational development, drawing on both academic insight and hands-on experience. Sammy has been involved with Northwestern’s School of Education & Social Policy and contributed to the Global Research and Consulting Group at Kellogg, where they supported data-driven strategy and stakeholder engagement initiatives. With a strong foundation in leadership, change management, and wellness, Sammy is eager to contribute fresh perspectives and assist in advancing Responsible Alpha’s mission to guide organizations toward a net-positive future.
