With nearly 15 years of experience in financial services at institutions like Bank of America, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank, Monique has been at the forefront of the impact economy for over a decade.

Currently serving as the Managing Director at The Investment Integration Project (TIIP), she leads special initiatives and strategic priorities. Monique is a co-founder of "Make Justice Normal," a collective focused on moving capital towards justice and is the host of their podcast "Into the Record."

Monique's expertise and commitment to impact investing, along with her extensive network and experience, make her a perfect addition to our board. We're thrilled to have her onboard guiding Responsible Alpha in our mission towards a low-carbon, sustainable, and equitable future.
