As the Head of WTW's award-winning Ecosystem Resilience practice and Director in the Disaster Risk Finance/Parametrics unit within the company’s Climate and Resilience Hub, her dedication to climate and conservation finance is truly commendable.

With over 15 years of experience in this field, Sarah has achieved remarkable milestones, including her role as the Lead Climate Finance Negotiator for the U.S. delegation to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, notably at COP21 in Paris. Her contributions to U.S. involvement with the Green Climate Fund, GEF, and her instrumental role in designing and launching the Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance and the Pilot Auction Facility for Methane and Climate Change Mitigation have been nothing short of inspirational.
