Steve Dean

Steve Dean currently serves as the Country Manager for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei, for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), a leading provider of financial market data, analysis and news, and the backbone of the FX trading ecosystem globally. At LSEG, they share a similar focus on deepening financial markets as that of central banks under whom they operate (Bank Indonesia and Bank Negara Malaysia).

Having spent two decades in his adopted home, Singapore, and now as a Singapore citizen, working in corporate banking, trading and wealth management with the organizations that are now a part of JPMorgan Chase, Citi and now LSEG has allowed him to work in an area of lifelong interest, in an ever evolving industry, and in markets where the future is bright! He and his team are committed to working with the authorities and with the rest of the industry to support the growth of the FX and financial markets, as well as that of the real economy in the countries in which they serve.

Steve received his MBA and Master of Arts from the University of Michigan.
