Mark Bershatsky, CFA has been at the cutting edge of carbon reduction technologies since 2007. Currently, Mark is a contractor for the US Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office, whose mission is to provide a “bridge to bankability” for the new generation of commercially unproven carbon-reducing technologies by providing low interest rate loans to such borrowers where traditional lenders would typically turn down.
